Monthly Meetings & Special Events: |
Normally meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month, April - December @ 6:00 PM. Meetings are usually held at The First Presbyterian Church of Cadillac, 221 E. Harris Rd., Cadillac 49601. Barrier free entry is on Harris St. An educational or interactional program is provided first, followed by the Club business meeting. Guests are invited unless otherwise indicated. Program is free unless included in description below. Some adjustments may be needed throughout the year so check back often.

May 10, 2025: Community Clean Up in the Sound Garden (Community Volunteers Invited)
398 Chestnut, Cadillac (east of high school and west of Consumer Power office)
The Cadillac Garden Club invites community members (any age) to help with the spring clean up in the Sound Garden. This is part of the city wide park clean up day.
9:00-11:00 AM: Dress for the weather, have a water bottle, wear garden clothes and bring favorite garden tool, if you have one. We will be weeding, raking, pruning and trimming. Garden Club members will direct you to the work that needs to be done.

June 9, 2025: Field Trip to Traverse City Botanical Gardens and Historic Barn - GUESTS WELCOME
1:00-2:00 PM: Guidedgroup tour of Traverse City Botanical Gardens and Historic Barn, 1490 Red Dr., Traverse City, MI 49684
Must make a reservation by June 3 by calling June Peterson @ (231) 920-2736. The garden needs to have a count to make sure they have enough guests. The garden can provide "transportation" during the tour for anyone who needs mobility assistance. Let June know if you need that assistance. Attendees should contact each other for car pooling and, depending on interest, attendees may meet for lunch before or after the tour or make a coffee stop after the tour. This will be determined later.
